Getting started
Install, configure, and post your first triaged request.

Install Echo-Synch in your Slack workspace
OAuth flow, scope explanation, and what happens immediately after install.

Pick channels to monitor
Echo-Synch only reads channels you explicitly add. Configure them in Settings → Monitored channels.

Build the triage roster so the bot can round-robin assignments and DM the right people on SLA events.

Vertex AI Gemini reads the request and returns label + priority + summary. The output is stored on the thread row.

Plug in your own Google Gemini API key. Echo-Synch routes all triage AI calls through your account; we never see the raw text.

Trial expiration and reminders
Reminder DMs at days 7, 5, 3, 2, 1 before expiry. On expiry, the bot pauses until you subscribe.

Switch between Pro and Enterprise
Self-serve plan changes via the LemonSqueezy customer portal. Proration handled automatically.

Cancel a subscription
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; the workspace then locks until re-subscription.

Slack profile data, message content from monitored channels, AI triage decisions, SLA timer state, subscription metadata.

Data residency and subprocessors
Primary infrastructure in AWS Ireland. Vertex AI Belgium for default LLM. Full subprocessor list in DPA Annex 1.

Uninstall and data deletion
Uninstall triggers hard deletion of all workspace records within one hour. Reinstall within the window to recover.
