Getting started

Install, configure, and post your first triaged request.

  • Install Echo-Synch in your Slack workspace

    OAuth flow, scope explanation, and what happens immediately after install.

  • Pick channels to monitor

    Echo-Synch only reads channels you explicitly add. Configure them in Settings → Monitored channels.

  • Add your IT team

    Build the triage roster so the bot can round-robin assignments and DM the right people on SLA events.

Triage & AI

How requests get categorised, prioritised, and summarised.

  • How AI triage works

    Vertex AI Gemini reads the request and returns label + priority + summary. The output is stored on the thread row.

  • Custom labels and taxonomy

    Constrain the AI to your own categories instead of free-form labels. Up to 10 on Pro, unlimited on Enterprise.

  • Bring Your Own Model (BYOM)

    Plug in your own Google Gemini API key. Echo-Synch routes all triage AI calls through your account; we never see the raw text.

Per-priority deadlines, warning DMs, and breach broadcasts.

    Set first-response and resolution windows per priority level (Low / Medium / High / Critical). Enterprise tier.

  • Warning DMs and breach alerts

    Echo-Synch DMs the assignee 30 minutes before deadline and broadcasts to admins on breach.

    Open requests posted to a configured channel each morning. Per-workspace digest time.

  • Data residency and subprocessors

    Primary infrastructure in AWS Ireland. Vertex AI Belgium for default LLM. Full subprocessor list in DPA Annex 1.

  • Uninstall and data deletion

    Uninstall triggers hard deletion of all workspace records within one hour. Reinstall within the window to recover.
